ABOUT FORWARD FLOW & ME

Lou is a Yoga Alliance Registered 200-Hour Yoga Teacher based in London, UK, leading group yoga classes across different studios.

Her practice and teaching stem from her own experience in the corporate world and focus on alignment and mindfulness. She teaches hatha, gentle and chair yoga with a focus on accessibility and practicality to daily life.
Forward Flow Yoga was created with the concept of sharing yoga to more people in a relaxed, fun way. Through her practice she shares tips and tools in yoga that focus on personal wellness and stress/anxiety relief that can be practiced anywhere, any time, by anyone.

When she is not practicing yoga, Lou enjoys traveling, attending music festivals and hiking. Her own passion for music often manifests itself in her yoga classes.
