WELCOME TO
FORWARD FLOW!
Welcome to Forward Flow Yoga, a yoga practice founded by Lou (that's me!) a London-based yoga instructor who has experienced the positive impact of yoga practice on the mental and physical wellness.
I am here to share my practice that is accessible to folks of different ages, levels and experiences with yoga and ability. Yoga, I believe, can be adapted to suit you and what works for you.
GENTLE, MINDFUL MOVEMENT
At Forward Flow Yoga, the yoga practices are about movements that makes the body feel good: be it tension release, stress reduction or muscle relaxation, I focus on mindful, gentle movements that build strength gradually and subtly.
Very few of people are trained as dancers or gymnasts, or even acrobats, and we practice yoga with acknowledgement to our limitations and abilities.
